Our Adoption Program
We are always seeking responsible, committed adopters who understand that parrots are lifelong companions. Prior experience with parrots is appreciated, but not always required. There is no universal standard for adoption, as every bird comes to us with unique emotional, physical, and social needs. Our goal is to place each parrot in the most stable, appropriate environment possible - one that offers safety, consistency, and the best opportunity for a healthy, secure, and permanent home.

Since arriving at Texas Parrot Rescue, he’s blossomed with proper care, a healthy diet, and lots of patience.
He’s curious, expressive, and enjoys being part of the action, letting more of his wonderful Amazon personality shine every day.
